Adverse Events

Adverse events should be reported. You can report side effects directly via the Yellow Card Scheme at https://yellowcard.mhra.gov.uk/ (for the UK) or by downloading a copy of the adverse reaction report form and email it to medsafety@hpra.ie (for Ireland, see more info on https://www.hpra.ie/homepage/medicines/safety-information/reporting-suspected-side-effects or call (01) 676 4971). By reporting side effects, you can help provide more information on the safety of this medicine.
